  1. I checked my hours on my personal site and don’t see any listed

    1. Verify that you attended and signed in on your volunteer day

    2. Verify your email address is the one you originally signed our waiver with

  2. I am not able to sign the waiver for some reason

  3. I don’t see the volunteer job I want, but SWMMBA advertised it and I want to attend

    1. Only active and volunteer events with open job shifts are listed online

    2. You can still show up and sign in and will receive credit for the day, you just won’t be able to receive email updates from SWMMBA prior to the event

    3. Volunteer Events are sometimes registration dependent - if they are you will not receive any information about where to meet unless you register online

  4. I don’t see any available volunteer jobs
