The Big Sky pump track is getting a rebuild—help the Big Sky SWMMBA chapter get the job done!

As the snow starts to melt and lower-elevation trails slowly dry out, most of us are already dreaming of biking season. With that in mind, we are excited to announce that the Southwest Montana Mountain Bike Association’s (SWMMBA) Big Sky Chapter has partnered with Big Sky Community Organization, Integrated Trail LAB, and others in the community to develop Phase 1 of a new PUMP TRACK.

The pump track will be a meeting place for all generations at the town’s center of life—the Community Park! Our first fundraiser and kick-off event will be hosted on Thursday, April 15th from 5-8pm at the Town Center Plaza. Join us for a fire pit party! There will be beverages, we will showcase the initial pump track plans, and it’s an opportunity to show your support for the SWMMBA Big Sky chapter and our first trail-building project.

If you can’t make the party but would like to make a donation, add your support here.

Follow us to stay up-to-date on plans, events, and progress for this project. We are looking forward to trail work days and other events throughout the summer. It is going to take a community of cyclists to make it all happen, so if you’re interested in becoming a part of SWMMBA Big Sky, JOIN TODAY!

Cheers!
